Containment Systems in Commercial Building

Containment Systems for Protecting Furniture

We use containment systems to protect the parts of the building and the furniture that was unaffected by the damage. This keeps the furniture from taking on any secondary damage. We use this equipment frequently for water loss and mold restoration projects.

Hoses connecting large dehumidifier to the building.

Large Dehumidifiers Used for Large Commercial Jobs

Dehumidifiers Help Dry Out the Air Faster

These are hoses to a large dehumidifier that is taken on commercial jobs. Some of the hoses pull the air from the building, the dehumidifier dries the air out, and puts it back into the building.

New 2020 Ford Transit

After almost one year under new ownership, we now have a second new vehicle. This 2020 Ford Transit carries an extraction device to help us serve more customers with water damages faster. We are excited to have this join our fleet and look forward to what it will help us accomplish.

At SERVPRO of Arnold/North Jefferson County, it's important to us that we get the job done right, so we want to make sure we are equipped to do so. If you have an emergency, call 636-296-6813 at any time. We will help make it "Like it never even happened."®

Frozen Pipes Cause Water Damage at a Church

This church experienced a water damage after the bitterly cold weather and winter storm we experienced in February 2021. In order to dry such a large space, we had to use a desiccant dehumidifier to get the humidity to proper levels for drying. This desiccant dehumidifier pulls large amounts of moisture out of the air so that the moisture in the wet materials in the building can then travel into their air and out of the materials through the Science of Drying.

Several churches experienced water damages during the cold weather this year likely because of their inactivity because of COVID and the likelihood that the building was not being properly heated because there were no occupants.

No matter how big your water damage is, we have the resources to make it "Like it never even happened."®

Washing Machine Causes Water Damage in Arnold, MO

Washers are often culprits of water damages. These messes can leave you wishing you still had a pile of dirty clothes instead of water throughout your house.

Leaky Shower Caused Mold

This customer was out of town when the initial leak occurred. A pipe to the shower and bathtub began leaking. By the time the customer returned and noticed the damage, mold growth had occurred in this Imperial home.

When situations like this happen, we have to first remediate the mold prior to drying the contents and structure of the water damage. Otherwise, our air movers would be spreading and circulating the mold spores.

SERVPRO of Arnold/North Jefferson County has a team of professionals that knows how to handle the protocol and details of whatever disaster comes your way. Call us at 636-296-6813.

Water Softener Leak in High Ridge

This customer had a water softener that malfunctioned and leaked throughout the entire basement. Our team came in and extracted water and prepped the area for optimal drying.

We use professional-grade air movers and dehumidifiers on our jobs because our goal is to get the space dried quickly so that mold does not grow. In this room alone, we have ten air movers set to create a wind tunnel to aid the drying process. Our two large dehumidifiers are set to remove excess moisture from the air and other materials in the room. This is why it is important to call a professional in water damage situations because we have the inventory, knowledge, and experience to help make your mess "Like it never even happened."®

Car Accident Cleanup in St. Louis

Sometimes vehicle accidents can leave a mess. Not just on the road, and not just to the car. Injuries happen in motor accidents. We were asked by an auto repair shop to clean the upholstery of this vehicle because it had blood stains.

Blood is a bodily fluid that is considered to be a biohazard and must be treated with care.

If you have a vehicle that needs to have stains removed, give the professionals at SERVPRO of Arnold/North Jefferson County a call at 636-296-6813,

Bathroom Sewage

A shower is supposed to be a place that will leave you feeling clean and refreshed. It's safe to say that no one would feel clean using this shower. Sewer backups can occur in any drain in the house, not just toilets. So if you ever find sewage where it shouldn't be, give SERVPRO of Arnold/North Jefferson County a call, and we will make it "Like it never even happened."®

Not only are sights like this unpleasant, they can also contain airborne contaminants that could cause sickness. Please call a professional in these situations and do not try and handle it yourself.

Bathroom Mold in Arnold

Bathrooms are prime places for mold growth. Hot steamy showers or leaking bathroom pipes are often culprits. This bathroom was no stranger to mold. Microbial growth was on the sink, walls, and around the toilet. While we do not test for mold (we recommend doing that through an Industrial Hygienist), we follow their protocol and scope to make sure mold mitigation is performed properly. That can mean doing a combination of wiping down the surface with an antimicrobial, doing demo to remove the mold and replacing drywall, and using a HEPA vaccuum to remove small particles. No matter how much mold you have, we can help. You can trust that SERVPRO of Arnold/North Jefferson County will get it done right so that you can feel safe.
