Emergency Water Mitigation on Saturday Night

This customer in Arnold, MO discovered that, after completing a load of laundry, the washer had leaked throughout the basement. It was nearly 9PM on a Saturday night.

The customer called SERVPRO of Arnold/North Jefferson County at that time. After speaking with one of our professionals, the customer was assured that the on-call crew would be there soon to take care of the immediate needs.

Within the hour, a team from SERVPRO of Arnold/North Jefferson County arrived and began extracting water. The crew extracted all the necessary water to begin placing equipment. While the mitigation work was not complete, the crew was able to stabilize the situation so that the customer would not have to be up all night. The crew returned the next day -- on a Sunday -- to finish what was needed.
